Each home features fully equipped open-plan kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, and some include private verandas. Thoughtfully arranged to balance privacy and effortless group living, the interiors provide a harmonious setting for families, friends, and multi-generational gatherings.

Lavender House
This elegant residence hosts up to six guests across two thoughtfully designed levels. The first floor features a King-size Master with a 32” TV and access to a shared spa-bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. On the ground floor, a flexible twin suite (convertible to a King with an anatomic topper) features a 32” Smart TV and a sleek rainfall shower room. A fully equipped kitchen flows into the 42” TV lounge, where a premium corner sofa and an anatomic folding armchair offer versatile sleeping options for families and groups.
Melissa House
Designed for up to four guests, this luxurious residence centers around a fully equipped kitchen and a contemporary lounge with a 42” TV. The first floor features a refined Master bedroom with a King-size bed, a 32” TV, and a shared spa-bathroom complete with a hydromassage bathtub. For additional guests, the living area offers versatile sleeping options with an anatomic corner sofa and a comfortable folding armchair.
Daphne House
This luxurious residence accommodates up to five guests (or four adults and two children) across a thoughtfully designed layout. The first floor features a sophisticated King-size Master and a versatile twin bedroom—convertible to a King with an anatomic topper—both equipped with 32” TVs and sharing a spa-bathroom with a hydromassage tub. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant lounge with a 42” TV, where a premium anatomic corner sofa provides extra sleeping space. Thyme House
Designed for comfort and intimacy, Villa Thyme is a sophisticated two-story maisonette crafted for an unforgettable Cretan getaway. This refined retreat features two bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms, and a light-filled open-plan living area and kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Embracing the Mediterranean lifestyle, the villa boasts a charming garden courtyard and two private verandas, all accessible via an independent entrance with dedicated private parking.
Mint House
This luxurious residence is designed to comfortably host four guests in an atmosphere of refined relaxation. The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge with a 42” TV, while the first floor houses a serene Master bedroom with a King-size bed, a 32” TV, and access to a spa-inspired shared bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. For added flexibility, the living area includes an anatomic corner sofa and a folding armchair, both offering premium comfort for additional guests.

Check In & Check Out
Check-in time should be strictly after 16:00 and check-out time should be strictly before 11:00, as sufficient time is required, to conduct a thorough cleaning and disinfection at the Villa between stays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival get a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, no show or departure prior to the scheduled date, result to a cancellation fee of the 100% of the total accommodation cost.
Non Cancellation Policy also available for 10% discount. If you cancel, modify the booking, or don’t show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.
Age Limitations
In accordance with local regulations and insurance requirements, the reservation must be made by a Primary Guest 18+ who will stay in the villa for the full duration of the booking and accept responsibility for the property and all occupants. Guests under 18 are welcome only when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. If any minors are staying and are not traveling with their parent/legal guardian, a signed Parental/Guardian Consent Letter is required prior to arrival. Security Deposit : For bookings where the Primary Guest and/or all guests are under 23, a refundable EUR 1,000 security deposit applies and will be handled according to the pre-arrival instructions.
Pets
Pets are permitted in limited cases and only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed, plus a Pet Fee will apply.
Kindly note that according to the Villa’s booking policy, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which shall be paid in cash at your arrival directly to the homeowner and will be returned to you on your departure day.
Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa!
